[June 1st] The question, "Can these bones live?" reminds us that human transformation is beyond human effort. Only God knows and only God can bring life to what is dead. It is easier to act than to trust in His power, but true faith demands reliance on Him, not ourselves. The degree of our faith reflects our understanding of His grace in our lives. When God reveals our nature apart from His grace, we realize the depths of our need for Him. Our hope lies in His promise: "I will open your graves."
