a buddy sent me this earlier and I ended up watching it three times. I always thought about eating bananas, never really about how they're harvested. Then that blade slid right through the stem and the whole cluster separated in one clean motion. The part that keeps catching my eye is how tightly those green bananas are packed around the stalk. One cut and you've got a full hand ready to move. Kinda satisfying hearing the stem give way too.
