A year ago, we thought it would be smart to add some wild guppies from a nearby stream into our massive koi pond as live food. It sounded like a natural solution — let the koi hunt, keep things balanced, and maybe even make the pond more “alive.” Yeah… that didn’t happen. Instead of getting eaten, the guppies thrived. Fast forward to today, and now our pond is completely overrun. What was once fish food has turned into a full-on invasion, and now we’ve got a serious problem on our hands.
