Directions for Garlic Butter: 1- In a bowl add melted butter, parsley, garlic and mix it well. Directions for Garlic Cheese Naan: 1- Take the prepared dough and cut into 4 equal parts. 2- Now flatten each part with rolling pin, fill it with mozzarella cheese,make naan shape and flatten again with a rolling pin. 3- Now cook each side for 1-2 minutes and spread prepared garlic batter over it.
