Raw Meat in the Forest Attracts Something Strange?

I hung some deer meat in the woods that a friend gave to me, then set up my trailcam. You won't believe what I captured. The video creator sets up a trail camera (0:14) using deer meat, mostly bones and ribs, as bait (0:32). He explains that the camera is for "video trapping," to capture animals on film, specifically predator animals, and is set up about two feet off the ground (0:54-1:07). He checks the camera for activity, formats the card, turns it on, and leaves (1:30-1:50).
