Project In this video, I show you step-by-step how to sew a practical and stylish pincushion worn on the arm. Thanks to this handy accessory, your needles will always be at hand while sewing. You can place a round, slightly firm object at the bottom of the pincushion; however, I didn't include it in the making because I attach it to my watch. 2. Project For sewing a denim bag with a drawstring closure and appliqué, thick, stiff denim fabric was used for the outer part and poplin fabric for the inner lining. 4. Project Making a Pencil Case with Fabric Dyeing Technique Creating a pattern on fabric is extremely easy with this technique. All you have to do is choose the pattern that suits you. For this, apply the appropriate paper masking tape in the desired shape and paint the remaining gaps with Cadence fabric paint in different colors using a brush. After painting the pattern on the fabric, let it dry for 24 hours. Then, turn the fabric over and iron it with a steam-free iron at a suitable temperature for about 5 minutes to fix the paint. After this ironing process, the fabric paint is fixed on the fabric and it becomes easily washable.
