The annual 'Punarjanm Mahotsav' (Rebirth Festival) of Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Minister Nand Gopal Gupta 'Nandi' is being celebrated with great enthusiasm in Prayagraj. The festival commemorates Nandi's survival in the deadly July 12, 2010 bomb attack and has been observed as a tradition for the past 15 years.
