世田谷支部 妙香支部長による立合抜刀術の鵜ノ首叩き（うのくびたたき）。 切り上げに対する防刀です。 左手にて右肘あたりを叩き、腱反射を利用して返刀する独特な技法です。 鵜飼いからヒントを得たとされます。 From the training of the Tenshinryu Setagaya Branch: Unokubi Tataki 鵜ノ首叩き, a standing battōjutsu technique demonstrated by Myōkō 妙香, Setagaya Branch Leader. This is a defensive sword method used against an upward cut. In this distinctive technique, the practitioner strikes around their own right elbow with the left hand, using the muscular reflex to reverse the blade and launch a counterattack.
