Of course, it is not standard, because we have 2 high-pressure pumps, including the main Bosch 044. We installed a reusable filter in place of the standard one and added a large, SLG swirl-pot. The tank is made of 2mm steel and placed with the pumps in a standard place. The injectors are Siemens 5x850cc @ 3b, working on 4b here. Fuel rail by SLG. We also installed a Flexfuel sensor. EXHAUST SYSTEM Next came the exhaust system. It begins with a Borg Warner EFR 7163 turbocharger with a v-band exhaust shell. The exhaust manifold is a SLG product. 5in1, 3mm wall, short compact design with the shortest and simple runners possible. There are also sockets for 5 EGT probes in the collector. Then DP 3.5 "and the rest of the exhaust 3". The kit includes: a v-band flange made for the shell, a 3 "flexible connector, 2x v-band, 2 silencers and an exhaust flap controlled by a button and an ECU. INTAKE AND WATER SYSTEM Water cooler - 100mm !!! Intercooler - 76mm Oil cooler - 19 rows Suction collector. It is also a SLG project based on a manifold from RS3 / RSQ3 2-piece, 2-chamber, slotted, folded and installed for the first time in DRED's car !!! Electronic throttle 80mm 2.5 "and 3" inlet are powder-coated in a black structure, similarly to most of the visible engine parts, covers, frame, etc. Silicones, of course, Fmic.pl. BEAM and ELECTRONICS EMU BLACK Data Logger EGT module 5x EGT The entire bundle was made from scratch by SLG. With EMU, we control practically what we can. Inside, we have also prepared a temporary panel to control the functions of the EMU and the rest of the equipment. We have here: - control of seat belt pretensioners - fan control independently of the EMU - ALS - Flat shift - Rolling antilag (in the lever on the steering wheel) - 8-step traction control - map switching - exhaust flap control independently of the EMU - NOS control (not used yet) SUSPENSION For starters, everything fell out and we dealt with the suspension and drive. Everything went to sandblasting and then powder coating. The entire suspension was equipped with polyurethane and a set of everything that could be replaced. End pieces, rods, connectors etc. etc. The suspension is of course threaded, made in our SLG. The eccentric top mounts from YoungTimer Motorsport and Bilstein B6 shock absorbers were installed.
