Vindhya will walk us through how she used Zoho SalesIQ's Zobot to build CliniQ Assist—an AI-powered healthcare assistant that simplifies doctor appointment management. Implemented as a chatbot, Cliniq Assist improves both efficiency for clinics and convenience for patients by letting users check real-time doctor availability and receive automated confirmations & reminders. The system also includes an AI symptom-checker to guide patients toward the right care.
