One Brave Lorikeet vs A Flock of King Parrots! 🦜

A busy afternoon in the backyard! ☕🦜 A whole flock of King Parrots arrived for a visit, and there was plenty of jostling as they tried to outsmart each other for the best spot. But our local Rainbow Lorikeet wasn't having any of it, he clearly sees them as intruders and spent the whole time trying to chase them off his territory. I managed to hand feed a few of the King Parrots and even the bossy Lorikeet, though he was more interested in being a security guard! Toward the end, a few Cockatoos arrived to wait their turn, but even they couldn't escape the Lorikeet sticking his beak into their business.
