INGREDIENTS:-
Crispy Chicken and Potato Fritters (Bhajiya)
Ingredient
Chicken (Boneless) Approx. 1 small cup/bowl Cut into small pieces.
Potatoes (Aloo) 2–3 Cut into thin, long slices/wedges.
Spinach (Palak) Freshly cut.
Onion (Pyaz) Freshly cut.
Green Coriander (Hara Dhaniya) Freshly cut.
Rice Flour 1/2 cup For crispness.
Gram Flour (Besan) 1/2 cup For binding.
Hot Oil 1 Tablespoon Added to the mix for extra crispness.
Green Chilies (Hari Mirchein) Finely chopped.
Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon
Red Chili Powder 1 teaspoon (+ extra)
Salt (Namak) To taste Added in two stages: first for the chicken, then for the whole mix.
Crushed Dry Coriander (Sookha Dhaniya)
Carom Seeds (Ajwain) 1 small teaspoon
Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) 1/2 small teaspoon
Chatpati Green Chutney (Chutney)
