Description
If you’ve been craving that crispy Southern fried catfish, this recipe is about to be your new favorite! Golden, crunchy on the outside and tender, flaky on the inside—this is the ultimate comfort food done right. I’m showing you step-by-step how to season your catfish perfectly, soak it in buttermilk for flavor, and fry it up with that classic cornmeal crust that gives you that authentic Southern taste.
This easy fried catfish recipe is beginner-friendly and packed with flavor, using simple ingredients you probably already have at home. Whether you’re making this for Sunday dinner, a family cookout, or just because you’re craving something crispy and delicious, this recipe will not disappoint.
And of course, we’re pairing it with a homemade creamy tartar sauce that takes it to the next level 😮🔥
If your fish doesn’t sound like THIS when it hits the oil… you’re doing it wrong!
