Description
Today we're going over the transition from Transactions (zipForm Edition) to Transact by Lone Wolf.
Beginning on October 1st, California Realtors will have access to a second member benefit transaction management system called Transact. Transact is one piece of the new Lone Wolf platform called Foundation. In the top left, next to the zipForm logo, you can see here that there is now a new dropdown menu. From here we can see all the new products in Lone Wolf Foundation. We can access the new Transact platform from here, or we can select home, which will bring us into the Foundation Dashboard. The first time you log in to Foundation, you will see this message, prompting you to Complete Setup of your profile.
Foundation is comprised of Transact, a new, powerful transaction management system. Contacts and Relationships, part of a new dynamic CRM, deeply integrated into Transact.
And now, we have a standalone version of Authentisign, which will allow for signature packets to be created outside of a real estate transaction. Authentisign is still deeply integrated into our transactions, but now we can use this powerful signing tool for items outside of our transactions. Beginning October 1, 2025 you will be prompted to choose whether new transactions will be created in the classic zipForm account or in the new Transact platform. This messaging will be the same which members saw when the new form editor was debuting in 2023. The first time that you choose to open a new transaction in Transact, you will be asked to log in to the new transact platform. A code will be emailed to you to verify your identity. Once this verification has been completed, you will not have to verify fromat device in the future. New transactions created in Transact, will only exist in Transact. zipForm and Transact will continue to exist in parallel for 12 months. Starting October 2026, Transact will be the default system for all new transactions. Don’t worry though, there will be backwards compatibility within Transact. Previous zipForm transactions will be available to open and view from within the Transact platform, but they will exist in a contained, single transaction environment.
