The lawsuit alleges that despite being sold as factory-fresh, the car had spent over a year as a hands-on training tool for the Porsche Technology Apprenticeship Program. In this capacity, students reportedly performed repeated tear-downs and reassemblies of the vehicle. After delivery, Azizi discovered the original window sticker in the glovebox stamped with the phrase: PCNA CAR NOT FOR SALE. The car soon developed persistent electrical issues. Inspections by certified technicians reportedly revealed signs of improper assembly, including incorrectly reinstalled undercarriage components. While the owner won a Lemon Law arbitration for a buyback, the case remains in litigation due to appeals regarding taxes and fees.
