Brake lines routed in front of the radiator, fibreglass patches in the firewall, misaligned pedals, non-functional HVAC, and over 50 major faults that could have killed the driver and their family at highway speeds.

What went wrong with this F-150 Raptor
The truck arrived to us:
Unable to start properly
With brake lines run across the front of the vehicle – a minor front impact could mean instant brake failure
Firewall holes “fixed” with fiberglass instead of proper metal work
Wiper system not correctly converted
Poor steering geometry and massive play in the steering wheel
The gear shifter still on the passenger side
Botched pedals – cut and poorly welded, with unsafe spacing between brake and accelerator
Door switches and memory seats not correctly re-engineered
HVAC and A/C that simply didn’t work
Interior trim and dashboard that looked and felt amateur, with loose panels and huge gaps
In short: it was an engineering and safety nightmare.
What our team did to save it
Over several months, our engineering and production teams:
Re-engineered the firewall and fixed it with proper metal plates, eliminating water leaks
Relocated and correctly routed the brake lines to protect them in the event of a front impact
Fixed starting issues and electrical faults so the truck actually runs as it should
Properly converted the wiper mechanism and cowl
Rebuilt the dashboard to a factory-grade standard – tight fitment, no gaps, everything aligned
Ordered and remanufactured key components, including the HVAC heat box, for correct A/C performance
Reworked door switch panels and circuit boards so all window and seat functions operate correctly
Redesigned the brake and accelerator pedal assemblies for safe spacing and proper feel
Moved the gear shifter to the driver’s side where it belongs
Correctly aligned the steering column, wheel and instrument cluster so the driver can see all vital information
Tidied wiring, fuse box placement, and under-hood layout for proper access and serviceability
Completed bodywork and paint corrections so the truck looks as good as it drives
The result?
A properly engineered, safe, and tight-feeling F-150 Raptor that finally drives like the high-performance truck it was meant to be.
