MOST OP RED HARLOWE BUILD in Borderlands 4

Platinum time! Here is the Most OP Red Harlowe Build in Borderlands 4, neutron capture with certain weapons goes incredibly hard. While Harlowe's green tree is superior in many ways, we are still strong in her red skill tree which I wanted to explore with the new Subjugator and Thol boss in BL4. Harlowe's blue skill tree is kinda rough but at least this one slaps.
