I got a new idea to make a guava curry for lunch. Though I have tasted the guava curry that was made by my aunt, at her place several times, I have never made it by my self. I cooked the curry exactly the way it was told to me by aunty. Since these guava was plump and fleshy as apples, the cooked curry looked so nice. On the other hand it was tasted similar to a yellow cucumber curry but tasted as breadfruit curry when it was eaten. It has to be cooked from mildly ripen guava as you cannot get the exact taste from v ripe guavas. Since I picked such lots of guavas, I made brothers favorite chilli guava salad from the balance as well. Love you All!
