A delivery driver who was caught on a doorbell camera stealing a pet cat from a home in Elland, West Yorkshire, has been handed a suspended jail sentence. Catalin Stancu, 42, admitted taking tabby cat Nora in January and was sentenced to eight weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months, along with community service and £500 compensation.
