Bun Bo Hue Vietnamese noodle bowl is the best!

Bún bò Huế Is one of my top favorite Vietnamese noodle soup bowls. It has a spicy beef broth with lemongrass herbs. It has beef and pork in it so you get plenty of protein. The flavor hits all the spots. It has a side of chili, lime and bean sprouts you can put in as well.
