Let's kick the week off with an upper body and lower abs workout! This workout format is 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest for our upper body exercises, 30 seconds of work and 15 rest for our abs portion, and then 20 seconds of work 10 seconds rest for the cardio finisher! In the upper body exercises and cardio exercises we will do 3 rounds of every exercise, in the core portion we will complete 5 exercises just one round through!
