Welcome back to the studio, and welcome to another portrait painting demonstration. We are going to be painting a portrait of my video editor, Nick. I started painting Nick from life, on a livestream exclusive to my Tisch Academy VIPs.
With this portrait, I’m putting the skills I picked up in the 100 Heads Sketching Challenge to work in oils. It turns out that better sketching leads directly to better painting.
