Todays' workout is a true endurance test! We will complete 3 rounds of 45 seconds of work per exercise alternating from regular, reps with a pause, and the last one is slow! I used my 10, 20 and 25lb dumbbells today and my bench so grab yours and let's CRUSH IT!
