Scientists from the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund are now tracking stress hormones, monitoring behavioral shifts and racing to understand what happens when a population outgrows its home. The Rwandan government has a plan — expand the national park. But that means an entire community must give up the land their families have lived on for generations.
