This was not a fully planned and thought out session. It is a talk that evolved organically, over a span of an hour and a half! All of us there, were enjoying that evening so much, that it could have gone on for longer, but it was already quite late by that time. It starts with me talking about my life journey towards Sanskrit, and why I love this divine, beautiful, absolutely mesmerizing language! From there, we as a group learned some select shlokas of Soundarya Lahari, which took us on a journey from the mythological, to the geometrical, to the energy realms within. This whole evening came to be, because of Savitri akka, who has been a long time supporter and a Patron of The Sanskrit Channel. As soon as she saw the post about my UK visit, to Oxford, which I put up at the last minute, she reached out immediately, insisted that I visit Aberdeen too, hosted me at her place like family, and arranged this session at a new and upcoming Hindu Temple in Scotland.
