Pork Sinigang Recipe Na Babalik-Balikan!

Walang tatalo sa Pork Sinigang na may gabi at buto-buto! 😍 Maasim, malasa, at perfect sa tag-ulan 🌧️ 🧄 Ingredients: 1½ kilo pork pata (buto-buto) 30 pcs kamatis, chopped 1 sibuyas, sliced 1 tbsp oil ¼ cup patis 1 whole gabi, halved 2L hugas-bigas or water 35g sinigang mix with gabi 1 labanos, sliced Sitaw, talong, okra Kangkong (stems & leaves separated) Green chili (optional) 🍲 Quick Steps: 1. Gisa kamatis hanggang madurog. 2. Isunod ang sibuyas. 3. Ilagay ang pork buto-buto, patis, at gabi. 4. Sear, then add hugas-bigas. Pakuluan hanggang lumambot. 5. Add sinigang mix at labanos. 6. Sunod ang sitaw, talong, okra, at kangkong stems. 7. Huli ang green chili at kangkong leaves. Simmer and serve! 8.
