Libingan ng mga Bayani, Taguig City March 4, 2026 On the final day of his State Visit, President Lee Jae Myung of the Republic of Korea (ROK) visited the Korean War Memorial at Libingan ng mga Bayani for a wreath-laying ceremony on March 4, 2026. The ceremony commemorated the Philippines’ contribution to the Korean War from 1950 to 1953 through the Philippine Expeditionary Forces to Korea (PEFTOK), whose troops fought in key engagements, including the Battle of Yultong in Yeoncheon.
