1.5 liters water (for boiling)
10g ginger
2 pcs dried bay leaf (laurel)
½ tbsp salt
750 ml water (for second boil)
Whole peppercorns
2 tsp grated ginger
5 cloves garlic (minced)
1 red onion (sliced)
¼ cup soy sauce
⅛ cup oyster sauce
¼ cup mirin (or 2 tbsp calamansi juice)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
Toasted sesame seeds (pang garnish)
🧑🍳 How to Cook Chicken Feet Teriyaki (Step-by-Step):
Pakuluan ang Paa ng Manok
Sa malaking kawali, magpakulo ng 1.5L ng tubig. Ilagay ang luya, laurel, at asin. Idagdag ang paa ng manok at pakuluan ng 15 minutes. Drain after.
Lambutan Time
Magdagdag ng 750ml fresh water sa same kawali. Ihalo ang chicken feet at pamintang buo. Pakuluan for 40-50 minutes o hanggang lumambot.
