Costco Caviar vs REAL European Caviar 🐟💸

I compared Costco’s farmed sturgeon caviar to real European wild-caught caviar — including gold osetra — to see if the price difference actually matters. Costco’s version comes in at about $1 per gram, while the European caviar ranges from $2–$4 per gram. We did a blind taste test with blinis, crème fraîche, and smoked salmon to see which one actually tastes better. Verdict? The Costco caviar is surprisingly good for the price, but the texture, pop, and finish of real osetra still hits different. Would you pay more… or stick with Costco?
