With 711hp from its new 3.6-litre hybrid powertrain, the latest Turbo S arrived as the clear favourite. But could the previous-generation 992.1 Turbo S still keep up? This Porsche 911 992.1 Turbo S is a highly exclusive 50 Years Turbo Edition. Removed from the production line in Stuttgart and completed through Porsche's Sonderwunsch programme, the car was commissioned as a tribute to the legendary Rolf Sprenger. Bearing build number 1941 from a global production run of just 1,974 examples, this unique 1-of-1 creation combines bespoke design, heritage-inspired details and modern Porsche craftsmanship.
