Description
Daniel was on the path to turning his life around when a tragic motorcycle accident left him a quadriplegic. His mother, Michelle, fought tirelessly to ensure he received the best care and rehabilitation possible—but she knew he needed something more to truly regain his independence.
That’s when Michelle met a future service dog in training. Inspired by the possibilities, she encouraged Daniel to apply for a Canine Companions service dog. Soon after, Daniel met Norwood, his new best friend and partner on the journey to greater independence.
