Update to Indiana's hot car law

The Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office is reviewing a case of alleged animal cruelty after a central Indiana woman was arrested over the holiday weekend after allegedly leaving two dogs in a hot car at a Cicero restaurant. One of those dogs was already dead, the other had to be put down. "It's not very often that we see cases like this, especially this is the first time that I've had it since I've become a police officer," said Cicero Police Ofc.
