What I eat in a day to feel my best!
While I eat everything in moderation, I focus on a high-protein diet with wholesome foods, plenty of fiber, healthy fats, and complex carbs.
I usually aim for 100+ grams of protein a day, so I try to balance each meal with around 25 grams or more of protein.
Morning: Beef bone broth ( 1 buy mine from @rebrothbonebroth)
Breakfast: 2x scrambled eggs with spinach, 2 turkey bacon & fermented sourdough bread
Lunch: Tropical shrimp taco's® Snack: Protein Balls (recipe on the @soulsyncbody app!)
Dinner: Japanese curry with white rice & chicken katsu Sweet: @honeymamas peanut butter cup ( my newest obsessions)
