Playing The Outer Worlds 2 on a graphics card that cost less than the game

A couple of weeks ago we tested Battlefield 6 with a graphics card that cost less than the game itself, with some success. 60FPS was possible, but only with some serious visual sacrifices. Today we're trying the same thing with The Outer Worlds 2, an Unreal Engine 5 title that will probably be a little more challenging for our 4GB AMD Radeon RX 570.
