Kids Take Over the Camera | Quail Hunting Trip Gone Sideways | Bar 7 Ranch

This was supposed to be a normal Bar 7 Ranch video. It was not. We planned a Christmas quail hunting trip to Burks Quail Run in Gilmer, Texas for the boys, but when Erika’s back decided otherwise, the kids took over the cameras, microphones, and content instead. What we got back was a full-on, kid-run vlog complete with hunting, cornhole, cabin life, dog commentary, and a whole lot of “chat.” No parents. No script. Just siblings, friends, and a weekend that didn’t go according to plan but somehow turned out exactly how it was supposed to. This video is part ranch life, part family chaos, and part proof that sometimes the best memories happen when things don’t go the way you planned.
