28 Kuki and Naga civilians released in Manipur after months of tension and clashes

Twenty-eight people belonging to the Kuki and Naga communities were released in Manipur’s Senapati and Kangpokpi districts after being detained following clashes earlier this year. Fourteen individuals from each side were handed over amid tight security arrangements.
