🟤 Kanak ke Ladoo
Ingredients:
• 1 kg wheat flour
• 1 kg ghee
• 100 g edible gum (gond)
• 30 g makhana
• 50 g dry coconut
• 50 g almonds
• 50 g pista
• 50 g cashew nuts
• 50 g chironji
• 50 g raisins
• 50 g poppy seeds
• 50 g sonth
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp pippali powder
• 750 g jaggery
• 750 g bura sugar
Method (Reel-friendly):
Roast wheat flour in batches with little ghee till golden & aromatic.
Fry gond, makhana, coconut & dry fruits separately in ghee.
Roast poppy seeds & sonth, then mix turmeric & pippali after flame off.
Crush gond, makhana & coconut; mix all roasted ingredients.
Melt jaggery, mix bura, cook lightly.
Combine everything with roasted flour & ghee.
Shape warm mixture into ladoos.
🟫 Gud Paag
Ingredients:
• 500 g gud (jaggery)
• 150 g ghee
• 50 g bura sugar (optional)
• 50 g coconut (grated/chopped)
• 50 g makhana
• 50 g gond
• 25 g kaju
• 25 g badam
• 25 g pista
• 50 g khaskhas
• 2 tbsp sonth
• ½ tsp haldi
Method (Short Steps):
Roast makhana, gond, coconut & dry fruits separately in ghee. Crush gond & makhana lightly.
Roast khaskhas lightly and mix sonth & haldi.
Melt jaggery on low flame, add bura sugar if using.
Mix all roasted ingredients into melted gud.
Spread mixture on greased tray, flatten evenly.
Cut pieces while warm and let it set.
Serve warm or store for winter nourishment.
