#Two drivers who dont want to stop

The only reason i followed the first car was to get the reg which was PL16 LFA but when i checked it on the Gov site it showed vehicle could not be found and when i went to this site CAR CHECK it showed details but no details of Both Tax and MOT which should be in big green boxes under Tax and Mot Check. The other car MT16 DXD just gave me the two fingers and shouted something in a foreign language and shot off like they do.
