ASUS Republic of Gamers has introduced its first panoramic PC chassis, the Cronox, along with its first daisy-chain ARGB fan, the Eurus GR120 ARGB, at CES 2026. The announcements expand the ROG portfolio into new case and cooling categories aimed at enthusiast PC builders. The ROG Cronox features a panoramic design built around a curved tempered-glass panel and a brushed aluminum frame. Integrated into the chassis is a 9.2-inch secondary display with a resolution of 1920 × 420, a 60 Hz refresh rate, and a brightness rating of 400 nits. The display can be rotated, offering flexibility in system layout and presentation. Cooling and compatibility are central to the Cronox design. The case includes a patented rotatable side fan bracket that allows airflow direction to be adjusted. It supports EATX motherboards, including BTF rear-connector designs, graphics cards up to 400 mm in length, and up to two 360 mm radiators. In total, the chassis can accommodate up to fourteen 120 mm fans. Four Eurus GR120 ARGB fans are included as standard. The Eurus GR120 ARGB fan marks ASUS ROG’s first implementation of daisy-chain fan connectivity. This design reduces cable clutter by allowing multiple fans to be connected in series. The fan uses liquid crystal polymer blades and operates at speeds up to 2600 RPM, delivering airflow of up to 91 CFM and static pressure of up to 4.6 mmAq, with a maximum noise level of 33 dB(A). RGB lighting is handled through a three-zone ARGB system, allowing independent customization of lighting effects. With the Cronox chassis and Eurus GR120 ARGB fan, ASUS ROG is clearly targeting showcase builds that combine strong airflow, flexible layouts, and advanced lighting control.
