Description

Reactivity to dogs. Betty the Pug. She is very vocal towards other dogs, often from distances over 20 metres. What did we do 1. Changed lead handling. 2. Slowed down 3. Played the focus game (link below) 4. Were generous with positive reinforcement 5. Keen observation and planning. These small but powerful changes made a huge difference and she started making great choices around other dogs and we even got several on leash greetings without barking. All without corrections. There are several local "trainers" who would immediately put a slip lead or shock collar on this dog (and EVERY dog they work with). As you can see from this video and the hundreds of others on this page, this is completely unnecessary. Choose your trainer wisely, for your dog's sake. You can learn how to do this with our two affordable courses Bulletproof-focus- GBP£12.97 (around US$16), this will be the best money you ever invest in your dog's training. https://glasgowdogtraineronline.thinkific.com/courses/bulletproof-focus Triangle-of-trust, you get bulletproof-focus, loose lead walking, total recall and aggression/reactivity courses, all for GBP£77 (around US$97). https://glasgowdogtraineronline.thinkific.com/courses/triangle-of-trust #dogs #dogtraining
