Marcus and Jacob wish to visit Candyland 🍫

8-year-old twins Marcus and Jacob have the sweetest connection 🍫 In fact, the twins’ mum Jo says they have been by each other's side since the day they were born. Being diagnosed with a Wilms Tumour nearly 18 months apart, Jo says it was like dooms day finding out that Marcus had the same tumour as Jacob – just as Jacob was wrapping up treatment. “The bond was always there, but with each hardship that came with their sickness, they became even closer,” says Savva, the twins’ dad. “When Jacob was diagnosed and going through treatment, Marcus would try and cheer him up. He would fall over to try and make him laugh!” “They’re both boisterous but they’re like yin and yang – they're very different but at the same time complement each other” It’s no surprise then, that together the boys have a real candy-do attitude. Their wish was to swim with seals and go to Candyland – a place of fairy floss, chocolate bar and lolly magic. As wish day approached, Marcus and Jacob were given a series of clues that led them to a mysterious ‘pizza shop’ - little did they know, once they gave the secret password – the curtain would open, and Candyland would be revealed! Being the candy connoisseurs they are, Marcus and Jacob were given five taste-tantalising tests to eventually crown them the finest candy tasters in the world, and officially the Mayors of Candyland. In the lead up to World Wish Day, Marcus and Jacob put their mayoral duties into action and created their very own branded chocolate bars.
