I asked if she was friendly — she answered by sprinting straight into my legs 😍 Crystal and Jason were out for a walk with six month old Bagel, who is still figuring out the basics. Stairs are a bit suspicious, but posing for photos? She took to that instantly. We found a quiet spot away from the crowd, pulled out some blueberry treats, and she turned into a little pro. You never really know how puppies will react when the camera appears, but Bagel? As much as I love primes for their creamy background blur, they’re not always ideal for photographing a fast moving puppy. So I used an older Tamron zoom lens instead. It’s probably five or six years old now, but honestly still holds its own. What do you think?
