Seoul is crazy right now, especially around Gwanghwamun. We originally came here because of the concert, but since we couldn't get tickets, we ended up spending the day exploring Gwanghwamun instead. From walking around the square, visiting tourist spots, trying Korean traditional food and makgeolli, to discovering date spots around Gwanghwamun, we realized this area is more than just a tourist attraction. If you are visiting Seoul, Gwanghwamun is definitely a place you should visit. There are so many things to do, eat, and experience in this area. If you love shopping, you should definitely visit Olive Young and the newly opened Olive Better. And if you’re a foreign visitor, I highly recommend Mukyojuga — it’s a classic place for authentic K-food.
