130 മാവോയിസ്റ്റുകൾ ഇന്ന് തെലങ്കാന മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി രേവന്ത് റെഡ്ഡിക്ക് മുന്നിൽ ആയുധം വെച്ച് കീഴടങ്ങി. ഇത്രയധികം മാവോയിസ്റ്റുകൾ ഒരേ സമയം കീഴടങ്ങുന്നത് ഇതാദ്യമായാണ്. കീഴടങ്ങിയവർക്ക് എല്ലാ പിന്തുണയും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ഉറപ്പ് നൽകി. ഇതോടെ മാവോയിസ്റ്റുകളുടെ തെലങ്കാന ഘടകം ഇല്ലാതായെന്നും ​ഗണപതി ഉൾപെടെ ഏഴ് നേതാക്കൾ മാത്രമാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ ഒളിവിൽ കഴിയുന്നതെന്നും തെലങ്കാന പൊലീസ് പറയുന്നു. ഇവരോടും കീഴടങ്ങാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട രേവന്ത് റെഡ്ഡി പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ജനാധിപത്യപരമായി ചർച്ചകളിലൂടെ പരിഹരിക്കാമെന്നും പറഞ്ഞു.
