Description

What happens when a routine space mission suddenly turns into a life-threatening situation? NASA astronaut Captain Barry “Butch” Wilmore shares the dramatic moment when thrusters began failing as his spacecraft approached the International Space Station — and why docking became the only safe option. In this gripping segment, Barry also reflects on whether the outcome was simply engineering, training… or the hand of God. From split-second decisions to the question “Was it a miracle?”, this is a powerful behind-the-scenes look at one of the most intense moments of the mission. Barry’s story offers a unique perspective on risk, resilience, and the faith that sustained him through uncertainty.
