Description

When I set out to film this day in my life I had never envisioned it would end this way. I have held off posting this video as I wanted to make sure Reggie was on the other side of his colic before I shared with you all. I am so pleased to say that as of today (01.11.25) Reggie has been given the all clear for colic and is now being slowly reintroduced to food over the next 3 days and, of course, monitored very closely throughout the night and day. It seems we were lucky and caught it early with Reggie. I want to say off the back of this that if you are ever in doubt of your horse's health at any time day or night please please please call your vet. We could have so easily dismissed Reggie's symptoms for other things and left him to sleep it off but we didn't. I am so pleased we acted quickly and truly believe this saved his life. Perhaps my next day in the life will be a little less eventful! For now, we are all on Reggie watch and are looking forward to catching up on a little bit of sleep after 2 sleepless nights worrying. - Lils x ps. when editing this video I forgot to share Holly's socials!
