For real thoughhh 😮‍💨😅 Jokes aside, I know all of the hard work I’m putting into my workouts will benefit me in this next chapter of life! It’s so cool to witness myself navigate different WHY’s on the journey. Early 20s - I wanted a six pack like every other girl. Early 30’s - Shifted from wanting to be skinny to being strong Just a year ago - fit into my wedding dress! And now - it’s to prepare for becoming a healthy mama in the future. The journey is ever evolving, and I’m here for the ride! 💕
