LOW LANDINGS and JETBLASTS at ST MAARTEN & Skiathos - BOEING 747, A340 ... (4K)

Low landings and jetblasts at St Maarten which is probably the most interesting airport for planespotters worldwide. Years ago we visited the famous Maho Beach and filmed the Boeing 747 of KLM arriving above the beach. Now, years later, there is no regular B747 operator at St Maarten left but I was browsing through my St. Maarten files and wanted to show you this blue beauty once again. The second airport which is included in this video is Skiathos which is often refered to as the "European St Maarten". The greek airport is only able to handle planes up to the size of a Boeing 757-200 but the views behind the runway at Skiathos are beautiful. After most airlines replaced the B757 with A321, the biggest airplane which currently operates to Skiathos is an Airbus A321. Thanks for watching, new videos every tuesday and friday.
