Koyla Karahi Masala – Bakra Eid Special 🔥🐐
Ingredients:
1 kg mutton
3 tbsp Koyla Karahi Masala
3 tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 green chilies
1/2 cup oil or ghee
Fresh coriander & ginger for garnish
1 small piece of coal (for smoke)
Method:
Heat oil or ghee and fry ginger garlic paste. Add mutton and cook until light brown.Add tomatoes, yogurt, and Koyla Karahi Masala. Mix well. Cook on medium heat until meat becomes tender and oil separates. Add green chilies and cook for 5 minutes. For smoky flavor, place hot coal in a small bowl inside the karahi, drizzle a few drops of oil on coal, cover for 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander and ginger. Serve hot with naan.
Kaleji Fry Masala 🔥
Ingredients:
1/2 kg liver (kaleji)
2 tbsp Kaleji Fry Masala
2 onions (sliced)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
2 green chilies
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/3 cup oil
Fresh coriander for garnish
Method:
Heat oil and fry onions until golden. Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes, cook well. Add Kaleji Fry Masala and mix. Add liver and cook on high flame for 8–10 minutes. Add green chilies and cook until tender. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
