Another GPS Fail - Penske Box Truck Gets STUCK! Alex to the rescue on this super simple and easy winchout job in Big Flipper, our 75ton rotator. While super easy compared to the crazy stuff we do, it's still important to do everything the right way. Sometimes you can just winch these forward or backward with a regular truck, and we often do. In this case, there was no way to get in front of it as there was no access around to backup to the cab. If we winched it straight back with how stuck it was, you have a high risk of damaging the lift gate. I've actually responded to some calls where another company was called out, and completely bent it back or ripped it off. Our spreader bars are always attached, so you see how easy it is to setup within mere minutes. Once it was in the air, Alex had the driver feather the brakes while he rotated the entire truck back to level ground. From there, it was just a matter of putting the truck away and this quick ten minute job is completed. As always, no injuries and no further damage.
